A member asked:

Good day, i have slight blood pressure. my face is most of the time red recently and my gp advise it is because of this. i use sinopren at this stage. i was wandering if it could maybe be rosacea? blood pressure is 142/92.

A red face is: unlikely to be due to HTN especially in the range you report. Rosacea is a much more likely reason. See a dermatologist for evaluation. Your BP is only fairly controlled at 142/92 as that is the very upper limit by new guidelines. Your medicine should be adjusted to achieve lower numbers but that will not affect your face.
