Nix (permethrin) vagisil 4 rosace: I've heard of preparation h for lower eyelid bags but not vagisil for rosacea. It is a topicsl anesthetic and could make it worse but if you find that it works for you then go for it. Just keep away from mouth and eyes and follow precautions.
