I am having a allergic reaction to something and i don't know what it is, i haven't changed anything in my house either. how do i get it to go away?

See your doctor: You did not describe what type of reaction you are having. Many things that "seem" like allergies may not necessarily be allergic. However, since allergies are a very common problem, i would suggest you see your doctor to discuss this. Allergy testing can be done and there are many effective treatments, both over the counter and prescription, that are effective.
