Likely: There appears to be something at your parents' home you are allergic to . I have seen mold-allergic patients reacting in this matter and thus should check your parents' home for evidence of water damage. You may also be allergic to other agents such as pets at your parents' home. Flea bites may also be a cause. My bet is still on the mold exposure however.
