Follow-up w/your MD: I would recommend following whatever ivf protocol/instructions you were given, which usually include a blood pregnancy test , as home pregnancy tests are not as accurate/sensitive early on.

Blood test: Your doctor should have instructed you when to do the pregnancy test. I recommend speaking to her and go in for a blood test.
