No longer pregnant: A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result by this time. If the test is negative, that means there is not a pregnancy. One can repeat the test, using a different brand of test, and/or call the ob-gyn for advice. It is normal for many conceptions and early pregnancies not to be successful, as that may be one way the human body works to ensure the healthiest babies are born.
