I done home pregency test today on 13 days of ivf transfer. it came negative. i will have my blood test tomorrow. any hope that it will come positive?

Of course: The home pregnancy test lags a few days behind the serum blood test. So completely possible that you will be pregnant on serum, but not yet on urine. Good luck!

Low chances: If you are 13 days past an embryo transfer you urine test should be positive..If you are doing it correctly.
