Could this be tonsil cancer? i am 22 years old and my right tonsil is much larger than the other it seems to be getting larger as the years go by.?

Tonsil cancer: Could it be cancer? Yes. Is it likely? No. Perceived asymmetry of tonsil size is actually quite common. Usually there are other symptoms to accompany that finding (pain, difficulty swallowing, etc). If it was cancerous, other symptoms should have emerged if you noticed a size difference over several years. The best thing to do would be to get an exam by an ENT physician.

Unlikely : Based on your comment of having asymmetric tonsil size for years, it is unlikely that it is related to malignancy. Tonsils can commonly appear asymmetric with one looking larger than the other. This is most commonly related to one tonsil being embedded more deeply in the throat than the other which is a normal variant. The best advice is to have an exam by an ear, nose, and throat specialist.
