I'm a 26 year old female with one large tonsil that i can feel when i swallow. no pain, no white patches. what could it be apart from cancer?

One large tonsil: There's no explaining why so many people's tonsils are different sizes. I really wouldn't worry. Cancer arising here is obviously extremely abnormal. Be thankful for good health.
