I have a lot of tonsil stones stones in my left tonsil and my left tonsil is bigger than my right. am i likely to have tonsil cancer at 22 years old or is the bigger tonsil likely caused by the stones there?

How much bigger? You are very unlikely to have tonsillar cancer at your age. However, it would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor for an evaluation, at your convenience. Wish you good health!
