No: No. They are not even related to each other. Down syndrome is a genetic disorder. Teething is the normal physiological process by which an infant's baby teeth first appear by emerging through the gums.

Not at all: Down syndrome is a genetic disorder, you can only be born with it, teething has nothing to do with it , your baby is safe.
