Wisdom teeth: Question doesn't make sense. Your wisdom teeth don't come when you are sick, they are either there or they are not.

Vague: Not sure if you mean that it seems like the wisdom tooth/teeth, that may be partially impacted, may be poking through the tissue and you notice it more when you are stressed.

Wisdom teeth: Wisdom teeth start forming about age 10-12, and if they have room and are properly angulated will have erupted fully by ages 18-22. If you have partially impacted wisdom teeth, they can be doing damage to bone, gums, adjacent teeth, all of which can become exacerbated by fatigue. Time to get off the pot and go see an Oral Surgeon before your chronic problem becomes an acute problem.
