Teeth grinding: Night teeth grinding or bruxism does not usually cause pain or harm, but when teeth grinding occurs on a regular basis the teeth can be damaged or become painful. Rec.: see an orofacial pain specialist for stress control, sleep hygiene and night guard fabrication. You also can visit your dentist for night guard.
