Autonomic problem?: Sexual activity requires activation of your autonomic nervous system. Erection is dependent on your parasympatethic system and ejaculation your sympathetic system. Vomiting can also be caused by excessive parasympathetic tone. Do you have any other symptoms? My other thought would be related to any aphrodisiacs or ed medicines you may be using. Do you use any of these?
