Do what you love.: Body: move your body in ways that you love. Dancing, swimming, aerobics, weight training, tai chi, cycling, yoga, walking, gardening, belly dancing... Mind: begin your day with a meditative practice. Prayer and meditation, journaling, yoga.. Spirit: be sure you have healed your emotional wounds from childhood and beyond. Get outside help if needed. Pregnancy can bring up unfinished business.
