Not sciatica: Sciatica refers to the pinched sciatic nerve in the buttock causing pain radiating from buttock downwards. Other pinched nerves could cause similar symptoms in your upper extremity.

No: Sciatica refers to irritated nerve/s going down the leg. Cervical radiculopathy is the term used to describe an irritated nerve root in the neck that radiates down the arm.

Pinched Nerve: Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your neck. I would suggest seeing a pain/spine specialist to evaluate you further to evaluate what level and what can be done to treat you. There are interventional treatments besides medications and surgeries that might reduce or eliminate the pain altogether. Its like sciatica but isn't called that because the sciatic nerve is in the buttock/leg.
