Spine specialist: Seek out a physiatrist with fellowship interventional spine training (or other spine specialist) that can evaluate you. You have to see if the pain is actually at the t12 level or if it's higher or lower. The facet joints behind where the bone is compressed get added compressive forces after a significant vertebral body fracture. Or, this may be simply myofascial pain.
