Let me explain: Six month should be enough time to heal the fracture, check with your doctor if you any other problem due to complications from that fracture.

Other: It should have healed if it were going to. It might need consideration for further progression or need for treatment. A minimally invasive outpatient kyphoplasty is sometimes necessary for treatment, if conservative treatment fails. Rarely more severe reconstructive surgery.
