Look for other cause: According to the national spinal cord injury assn, "many women who receive spinal cord injuries are in their childbearing years. Following a spinal cord injury (sci), there is no evidence that a woman's ability to conceive is affected.".
Pain and other symptoms from the fracture can produce stress that adversely affect fertility and conception. Work with your doctors to identify other causes.

I noticed you are 31...have you ever been pregnant before? Too much pain and lack of sleep will lead to poor health/quality of life which in turn can adversely affect a woman's reproductive cycle/health and chance of a healthy pregnancy. So, work with your doc to get yourself healthier and it will come...good luck
