Dog Bite and Sex: Yes it is safe for you to have sex with him -- I am uncertain of his condition so cannot opine about whether that is the right activity for him (eg, locus of dog bite, did receive an operation, etc). That said, he must comply with the rabies vaccination series as that would be contagious and rapidly fatal.
