Can i get rabies through a person who had touched one man's wound bitten by monkey, and then gave an injection to me.

Was it a medical: Person who administered the injection? If so, good hygiene is expected such as washing the hands -even if one had been gloved. The scenario you presented does not sound as though it would high risk for transmission of rabies (if in a medical setting).
