Not much.: Allicin, the active ingredient in garlic, has antibacterial activity so your use of it has some logic to it. However, just as not every antibiotic can treat a uti, not every herb can do it. I suggest that you get a urinalysis and urine culture to determine if you have a UTI and what is effective for treatment. A UTI that is untreated can become an infection of the kidneys, which is dangerous.

No help with UTI: Nothing in garlic has any effect on uti's. Will have an effect on your breath.
