Is it possible to have epididymitis without uti, how long can it be left untreated and in its early stages can it be mild?

See below: Epididymitis can occur without uti. In the part of the world you live in, isolated epididymitis warrants that tubercular infection be ruled out. It is not a good idea to ignore it even if it seems mild. Please see your doctor.
