Could be allergies: Persistent symptoms after antibiotic treatment could be: 1. Persistent infection - perhaps the antibiotic wasn't effective 2. Persistent allergies which may have caused the infection in the first place 3. Persistent congestion as the inflammation of the infection clears. 4. None of the above. Perhaps you didn't have sinusitis and the headache is due to another cause. I recommend you get checked.
