Dr OZ at it again: The ingredients in this preparation can affect your blood sugar (increased norepinephrine & adiponectin). Please discuss with your doctor before taking. The only way to lose weight is to use more calories than you take in, no matter what gimmick is being advertised. Doing this will impact your diabetes & Insulin requirements. Please see your doctor to discuss proper methods of weight management.

At your own risk: There are no human studies on this supplement. Therefore, no studies documenting that this even works, no studies about how it might affect people with type 1 diabetes, so unknown consequences. Long term side effects unknown.

Do not waste your $: Do not waste your time with "weight loss supplements". Rasberry ketones are yet another in a long line of "miracle" weight loss supplements that are pure hype. If you want to achieve weight loss, reduce your carbs to a bare minimum, drink only water, eat lots of low starch veggies and increase your activity levels.
