Possibly: Blurred vision can be due to anti-depressant medications. Go see your eye doctor for further evaluation.

I don't think so.: In my experience I have never had a patient experience visual symptoms as a side effect of a depression medication. You should see your primary doctor for a vision examination and possibly testing to exclude an eye problem. If your symptoms get worse you should go to an emergency room.
