Proazac: Prozac (fluoxetine) can be associated with dry eye, and this can cause blurred vision. I am not aware of any studies specifically associating Prozac (fluoxetine) with blurred vision.

Not Common: In the clinical trials with Prozac (fluoxetine) abnormal vision was reported by 2% of patients as opposed to 1% of those receiving a placebo. In overdose impaired accommodation is described. So blurred vision can occur with prozac, (fluoxetine) but it is quite uncommon.
