No: There are no Prozac side effects that are renal in nature. Additionally, even in patients with renal failure, Prozac appears to be safe and effective.These data suggest that the efficacy of fluoxetine in patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis is comparable to that in patients with normal kidney function. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8666216.
