Is hearing voices a plausible side effect of prozac (fluoxetine)? for that past few years i always hear, non audible voices, is it possible that prozac (fluoxetine) is causing?

Auditory: hallucinations can occur with any SSRI via two different mechanisms. If you have undiagnosed temporal lobe epilepsy medications like Prozac and Lexapro (escitalopram) lower the seizure threshold. Typically sounds are lateralizing with focal seizure. Also the possibility exists that the antidepressant may be provoking mania if you have bipolar disease rather than major depression. Ask your psychiatrist.
