Wound care: Neosporin is ok for wounds as its essentially triple antibiotic. Sometimes there is a preservative that causes rash in some patients. If you are not allergic and you want good antibacterial coverage- silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) 1% is great (if you do not have sulfa allergy). See your doctor for more details so your wound can be examined to ensure no debridement is necessary.
