Dr. Alexandra Jaquery

Daughter of a Prosthodontics and university professor in Brazil, Dr. Jaquery obtained her DDS degree in 1991 in Sao Paulo, and became part of a team that established the Dental Implants program at her University in 1991, while working in Private practice for the next 10 years. She served for three years in the Implant Program, providing implant surgery prosthetic restorations, crowns bridges and overdentures to the public, as well as assistant teaching and research efforts. In 2001 she, her husband Vini and three young children moved to the USA permanently, where she studied Prosthodontics at the University of Texas in Houston for one year, then moved to Ann Arbor, MI, where she completed a Masters of Science degree in 2007 in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Michigan. She teaches clinical skills in the Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics Department at the University of Michigan and practices Dentistry at Fresh Smile PLC, viewble at www.freshsmile.us Involved in organized Dentistry with the MDA and local Dental Society, she hopes to contrubute in her community and University, as well as take good care of her patients by offering comprehensive dental care and education.
