No, Vary ~6mm-micro.: Like all arteries, they branch off from the aorta & keep branching down to the microscopic end branches, called arterioles; the end arteries primarily controlling blood flow & the reason the size of the larger arteries, including when narrowed with clots or scarred-down remnants of clots have little effect on blood flow & both stress tests (all forms) totally miss disease until very advanced.
