Caffeine /chocolate: Should be eliminated for at least a few months to se if they are triggering.

Headaches for 7 months post head injury.CT scan clear.I think they are BP related as they come on when stressed/angry.Neurologist says migraine + asked GP to issue candesartan and triptan. GP has not issued triptan, seems reluctant.Why would this be?
I have chronic migraines. I have tried various preventatives ( topamax, (topiramate) propranolol, amitriptyline, etc) and none work. What would you suggest next.
