Not required.: Iufd at 28 weeks is rare and I am very sorry for your loss. The risk of recurrence depends on the specific cause - if any was determined in your case. Aspirin 80-81 mg may help, as will Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily preconceptionally and throughout pregnancy next time. Strict bedrest is not required in general and could increase your risk for dangerous clots in your veins. Seek maternal-fetal medicine!
