Do not be afraid: Focus on your first healthy child and look forward to the next child. Try to take it easy since you already have a young child. Be positive, so that the second child will have positive feelings from you as you talk to her/him. Rest up, eat right , and be happy along with the gusto to have that next baby!

Low chances: Unless there are physical changes in your cervix the chances of miscarriage are low. Most of the miscarriages in first trimester are due to genetic reasons in fetus.
