Spinal headache: You have what sounds like a spinal headache which can occur after a myelogram. This should get better with time, but if not, then you will need what is called an epidural blood patch to eliminate your symptoms. You need to call the physician who performed the myelogram to obtain the next step in treating this.

Call your doctor: Having the headache for about a day is normal but 3 days is too long. Drink a lot of fluids for starters and continue the bed rest. Call your physician right away (even though its a weekend).
