Hello. : Hello. Bed rest, lots of fluids (but no coffee or caffeinated sodas), avoid bright light, may consider a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication for muscle aches, fever and headache. Now, if you are having the worst headache of you life and it is hard for you to flex your neck down toward your chest, would recommend immediate attention to ensure you don't have an infection affecting the brain. Take care.
