No issue, but...: All blood sticks should be carried out with gloves for mutual protection. Fake nails are not the issue. As far as needle reuse, this would be malpractice of the highest order. I would complain. I doubt the needle would be reused. That would be stupidity of the highest order!

Nails/ gloves/needle: Some medical facilities ban use of artificial nails for health care workers who have contact with patients. REF: https://www.ajicjournal.org/article/S0196-6553(02)59151-3/abstract. I don't know of medical facilities that don't require donning of gloves. Reusing - needles? I would be shocked if that was occurring.
