Maybe not pimples: It could be molluscum contagiosum, a viral condition similar to warts - and called "contagiosum" for a reason! it could also be a folliculitis due to either bacterial or yeast organisms, which can also be spread by squeezing. The lesson here, obviously, is stop squeezing! and see a dermatologist to find out exactly what it is and get proper treatment for it.
