Post obstructive: Pneumonia can sometimes develo behind a mass and this is know as a post obstructive pneumonia. Sometimes pneumonia itself can be so dense that it will appear as a mass. You will likely need an airway evaluation called a bronchoscopy to determine what is going on in your lungs.
