Never: By definition. Women should not undergo endometrial ablation if they want to have children again. It is not recommended. But some women try. It is very difficult. Usually the uterus is permanently damaged. There are some techniques to go back and surgically fix the uterus but most women are never able to carry a pregnancy successfully after an ablation.
