Was put on clomiphene, my endometrium is 13mm thick, trying to get pregnant, can it be an early pregnancy?

Pregnancy test : The only way to know if you are pregnant is to check a pregnancy test 2 weeks after ovulation. An endometrium of 13 mm is good if it is on the ultrasound where they are checking for follicles but it does not tell us whether or not you will get pregnant.
