Anything: Consider bladder infection, kidney stone, bladder cancer, uterine cancer. You need an exam.

Uterus/bladder issue: The best way to evaluate it is by doing through exam followed by a biopsy of the inside of the uterus (endometrium) and also a cystoscopy. This way you could rule out the life-threatening possibilities like uterus or bladder cancer and identify the issue.
