I went to the e.r they say i hve ovarian cyst & i have negative blood test negative urine test but today i felt movement in my stomach like a baby ?

Follow up visit: Fetal movement can be felt around 20 weeks gestation. If you had a sonogram that located an ovarian cyst it is hard to imagine how they could have missed a 20 week fetus. Your pregnancy test was negative too.
