Even normally regular women occasionally skip a cycle or two occasionally. When the delay is from pregnancy the process is making hormones that turn a urine pregnancy test positive, First morning pee is the best sample for accuracy & they can be falsely negative early. Blood tests are a backup but detect what should be in your pee. A pee test a week after a first should be enough.
