I would guess this is more likely a cosmetic issue, e.g. from traces of chemicals in your underclothing (detergents, genital deodorants, or similar products) -- and doesn't indicate a health problem. However, if you think you have increased or abnormal vaginal discharge, odor, urine leak or other problem "down there", see your doctor. Better safe than sorry. Good luck.
