I ve been recently diagnosed with siadh i m a 42 year old male and really am not happy with taking demeclocycline i work outdoors as a gardener so photosensitivity is big issue also on limited fluids are there any other medicatons that could help?

Few other options..: Vasopressin-related: valprisol and samca. Diuretics: Lasix (furosemide) and manitol & urea are other options. Demecycline is actually an antibiotic but it works on the kidney and alters its ability to control flow of water/urine--this medicine takes about 1 wk+ to start working. Your concerns are legitimate and so i suggest talking to your doc for alternatives for you--as above. Good luck.
