Depends: For some women it will cause a lot of spotting by making the uterine lining very thin. For some women it can cause bloating or even breast tenderness. It really depends on the reason for taking it in the first place. But ortho tri cycle contains Progesterone so often times the solution is a change in the original medicine not adding a second medicine in.
