Fear No Escape: Agoraphobia is a fear of being unable to escape a situation in the event of a panic attack. People who suffer from panic disorder with agoraphobia often avoid crowds, wide-open environments, confined spaces, or travel. Exposure therapy and cognitive restructuring are the best treatments since they target the panic attacks directly related to agoraphobia. Adjunctive medications can also be helpful.

Fear of the marketpl: I believe developed in ancient greece, the "fear of the marketplace" or "fear of outdoors, " as many people over thousands of years have panic attacks while at a store, mall or wal-mart!
