Panic disorder with : Though agoraphobia can occur without panic disorder (pd) and pd can occur without agoraphobia, they occur together quite frequently. In severe cases, someone can become completely house bound, because they are afraid they will have a panic attack. Panic attacks may occur for no reason, but are generally borne out of extreme anxiety or fear. By definition, a panic attack includes physical symptoms.
